Cancellation & Return Policy

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Ordering the wrong model, features, or color
• Size issues (too large or too small)
• Any accessories or merchandise items

If you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact us — we can provide additional product photos or details. Please note that colors may vary slightly from the images shown, as each pour is unique. Since every item is handmade, small variations between products are normal.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Each toy — especially custom pieces — is handcrafted to order and cannot be resold once completed. Most canceled orders are destroyed. Orders that have been completed but not yet shipped will incur a 20% production and restocking fee.

• Orders not yet in production can be canceled in full.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you discover a defect in your item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos or videos of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
